Data Deletion Process

Follow these steps to request deletion of specific data while keeping your account:

Choose which data categories you want to delete from your PROJECT PIVOT account:

Training History

Includes: Workout sessions, exercise records, training duration, session dates

Impact: Removes all historical training data but keeps current settings

Achievement Data

Includes: Unlocked achievements, XP points, streaks, milestone progress

Impact: Resets all achievements and progress metrics

Analytics & Metrics

Includes: Performance statistics, form analysis results, improvement trends

Impact: Removes performance tracking while keeping basic functionality

Preferences & Settings

Includes: App configuration, customization settings, workout preferences

Impact: Resets app to default settings (you'll need to reconfigure)

Cloud Sync Data

Includes: Firebase cloud storage, synchronized data across devices

Impact: Stops cloud sync and removes backed-up data

Usage Analytics

Includes: App interaction data, feature usage patterns, crash reports

Impact: Removes analytics data used for app improvement

Important Notes

  • Account Remains Active: Your account will stay active with remaining data
  • Selective Deletion: Only the data types you specify will be removed
  • Processing Time: Data deletion may take up to 30 days to complete
  • Irreversible: Deleted data cannot be recovered
