Account Deletion Process

Follow these steps to request permanent deletion of your PROJECT PIVOT account:

  • Cloud Storage: Synced data in Firebase Firestore
  • Analytics Data: Usage patterns and app interaction data

Data That May Be Retained

  • Aggregated Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics for app improvement (no personal identifiers)
  • Legal Compliance: Data required for legal or regulatory purposes (if applicable)
  • System Logs: Technical logs for debugging purposes (anonymized after 90 days)
  • Support Communications: Email correspondence for customer service (archived after 1 year)
